Enter exact pickup and return times. A weekend does not require Friday to Monday. Across a clock change, elapsed time is shown in the message; price and billed duration remain to be agreed.
Prepare a longer stay
Explain your regular journeys, luggage and helmet needs. Confirm mileage, handover, return and servicing arrangements. An extension requires a new agreement on availability and payment.
What to confirm in your request
Availability and total price confirmed in writing before you commit.
Licence, identity and profile checked before confirmation for the specific vehicle. Only the renter named in the contract drives.
Return with the same fuel level as at pickup.
For 1 to 4 weeks
Give your preferred dates and times, regular journeys and expected mileage. We check the offered vehicle, servicing needs and total price for that period. A request over several weeks creates neither a subscription nor an automatic rate; an extension requires a new agreement.
The total price, before you agree
We specify rental, selected options and any handover fees separately. Billed days are confirmed with you: a Friday-evening-to-Sunday stay does not automatically define a billing rule. Ask for details of any amounts still to be confirmed before accepting.
Changing or extending dates
Contact us before the agreed end. Extension, price, servicing and availability need confirmation. A price-policy change does not automatically recalculate an accepted quote.
Compare two offers on the same basis
For a period of 1 to 4 weeks, list travel days, expected distance and periods when the scooter would stay parked. In each offer, identify the total for the period, included mileage, options and any planned servicing. Keep deposit and deductible separate from the rental price. If dates change, request a new summary before extending.
A handover agreed together
Pickup in Montreux by appointment, 7 days a week, at an agreed time. Delivery only within Montreux, Vevey and the Riviera, on request: availability and price are confirmed case by case before you agree.
The model and the actual vehicle
PCX, NMAX, XMAX and Forza 125 are offered. Year, colour and equipment may vary by unit. Photos illustrate the model; we confirm the actual vehicle before you agree.
What if my model is not free?
Your requested model stays unchanged. Choose yes, no or discuss for an alternative proposal. This never means accepting another vehicle, a higher price or new terms: you decide after receiving a concrete offer.
A short travel brief for a useful answer
For temporary replacement transport or regular journeys, give the days you ride, expected distances, where the vehicle will stay parked and when you could make it available if servicing is needed. A student enquiry describes the same practical need; it implies no special rate or different insurance.
Have the period's total, mileage and servicing or extension arrangements confirmed. Several block prices do not establish a monthly package. Before adding days, wait for agreement on the vehicle and new price.
