Before the appointment
Wait for the written summary: vehicle, dates, price, terms and exact meeting point. The station can be your preference; ID Location has no permanent branch there.
At handover and return
Licence, identity and profile checked before confirmation for the specific vehicle. Only the renter named in the contract drives.
Return with the same fuel level as at pickup.
Your checks at the meeting
Before leaving, compare the vehicle presented with the summary you accepted. Take time to raise any condition that differs from what you expected and ask how the controls work. Check the requested options, fuel level and return arrangements with the team. If a different vehicle is proposed, give your separate agreement before proceeding.
Prepare for return
Keep the agreed place and time handy. Allow for fuel under the accepted terms and time to return keys and accessories. If your plans change, contact the team before the deadline; sending a message does not automatically extend the rental.
A handover agreed together
Pickup in Montreux by appointment, 7 days a week, at an agreed time. Delivery only within Montreux, Vevey and the Riviera, on request: availability and price are confirmed case by case before you agree.
The model and the actual vehicle
PCX, NMAX, XMAX and Forza 125 are offered. Year, colour and equipment may vary by unit. Photos illustrate the model; we confirm the actual vehicle before you agree.
What if my model is not free?
Your requested model stays unchanged. Choose yes, no or discuss for an alternative proposal. This never means accepting another vehicle, a higher price or new terms: you decide after receiving a concrete offer.
Before leaving the meeting
Keep the accepted summary handy: offered model or unit, total, options, return place and time. Compare it with the vehicle presented. Ask for any explanation you need about the controls, agreed accessories and what to do if your plans change. Clarify an unresolved point with the team before departure.
Helping a hotel guest plan a rental?
A hotel or concierge can point a guest to this page. The guest reads the terms, chooses a preferred model and sends their dates, times and needs directly to ID Location. For a 125cc scooter, check the eligibility rule below with the guest before making plans that depend on a rental.
Anyone may submit a request. Acceptance is manual after identity, licence, profile and vehicle checks. Swiss citizens residing in Switzerland have the clearest acceptance path, subject to these checks; other profiles are reviewed case by case. The deposit is determined case by case. If required, its amount is confirmed before the rental.
Sharing this page does not automatically transmit any guest data. The reply and manual validation happen directly with the guest; a referral guarantees neither priority nor availability.
