Before renting in Montreux: price, licence and checks

Prepare the details that make a useful answer possible: model, times, use and licence. Here is how to review the price and terms before agreeing.

1. Note your actual times

Write down your preferred pickup and return dates and times. A Friday-evening to Sunday-afternoon visit is not necessarily a multiple of 24 hours. Published grids cover exact blocks; other durations and billed time need confirmation.

2. Identify the offer and total

Use the model page and its current estimator. For an XMAX, distinguish the grey offer from the blue one. Ask for a summary separating rental, selected options and any agreed fees. An old social post or search-result price does not replace your enquiry's written total.

3. Prepare for licence verification

Give the category, issuing country and intended use. Licence and identity are checked for the vehicle concerned. Do not put sensitive document copies into public text fields; ask the team what is required and how to provide it.

4. Separate deposit, deductible and rental price

A possible deposit, an insurance deductible and the rental price answer different questions. Have amounts, applicable terms and return arrangements confirmed before agreeing. There is no single confirmed amount here that applies to every scooter, car or customer profile.

Anyone may submit a request. Acceptance is manual after identity, licence, profile and vehicle checks. Swiss citizens residing in Switzerland have the clearest acceptance path, subject to these checks; other profiles are reviewed case by case. The deposit is determined case by case. If required, its amount is confirmed before the rental.
